Hi Friends!
We had a wonderful Veteran’s Day weekend celebrating those who have served our country in historical, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. We have so much to be thankful for in the USA; we have come so far, and we need to forever press into the heart of patriotism that wants our country to become even greater. By greater, I mean not only stronger, but wiser. Not only more vigilant, but also more caring to our neighbors. To fight when it’s necessaries, but to also learn from our mistakes – slavery, oppression of women, and much more. This weekend, we thanked those who have sacrificed so much in pursuit of our freedom, but I also wanted to officially thank them here. We are forever indebted to your bravery and sacrifices.

Onto the furniture makeover that you came to read about! I loved the detail on the front of this china cabinet when my friend Jessica asked me if I wanted to buy it from her. Check out the before picture she sent me:
We painted it Benjamin Moore’s Woodmont Cream, lightly distressed it, added new hardware, and sprayed it with a protective clear coat.

Ready for the transformation???
