Hi Friends!
How was your weekend? On the last Friday night of each month, downtown Troy shops stay open late and many of the restaurants have live music. We stay open and it’s such a fun night! If you have time this summer, you should mark your calendar and definitely plan to stop down. So. Much. Fun!!

This week’s makeover was so fun! John did a great job with the finish on this piece! Here is the buffet before:
We painted it using the color Cracked Pepper by Behr and glazed it with Valspar’s Antiquing Glaze. If you’d like to see how we paint furniture, check out our How to Paint Furniture post. We lightly distressed all of the edges to show some of the wood and replaced all of the hardware as well.
