Hi Friends!

How are you? I hope you’re having a good week! This week I wanted to share some before and afters of a commercial design that we’ve been working on for the Albany Lofts at One Broadway.

Here’s the room before:

This was a historic part of the building so we weren’t allowed to change the wood throughout the room in any way. When I’m working with older style finishes (even if it’s beautiful like in this case), I like to add modern lines and pops of color in the room to make it feel more up to date. This was used as an apartment rental but they were converting it into an office for their staff. Their logo color is teal so we added that color into the design as well.
