Hi Friends!

How are you? We are making some small progress on the house and are hoping to have some pictures for you in the next couple of weeks of the first finished room! It’s taken much longer than we anticipated because of work being so busy, but we are trying to be patient and give ourselves some grace (it doesn’t come easy).

This week’s furniture makeover is of a traditional dresser that we updated so much with a coat of paint and new hardware. Here’s a picture of it before:

We painted the outside with Benjamin Moore’s Simply White, lightly distressed it, and sprayed it with a protective clear coat. If you want to see how we paint furniture, check out our How to Paint Furniture post.
