Making a Modern Credenza Casual – Tuesday’s Treasures

Hi Friends!

How’s your week going? We had another busy one! My kiddos finished 1st and 2nd grade last week. I’m so proud of how well they did!! Both made high honor roll all  4 quarters! Josh won the highest academic achievement award for the 2nd grade class, but most importantly he was awarded the Christian character award for the elementary school! This was such a blessing to watch. I adore these two and feel honored to be their momma.

For this week’s furniture makeover, we had a customer come in and want their modern dresser made into something more traditional. Which is always a fun challenge. Here it is before:

We decided to take the doors off and add baskets so it had a more traditional feel. It also definitely needed hardware to look less modern. We painted it with the color Lincoln Cottage Black by Valspar. It has a deep gray undertone.
