Two Tone Teal Buffet Makeover – Tuesday’s Treasures

Hi Friends,

If you’re a furniture nerd like I am and love to watch the furniture trends online, one you’ve probably seen lately is that people are leaving the furniture legs stained and painting the boxes. I love that look and I’ve been waiting for just the right piece to do that with. This buffet had the legs for it, but it also had beautiful wood graining on the drawer and door fronts. So I decided this would be a perfect piece to combine some wood and some paint.

Here it is before:

To do that, you have to take the doors off, the drawers out, and tape off the legs!

We freshened the wood up with stain and painted the box with Benjamin Moore’s Gentleman’s Gray, glazed it, and then sprayed it all with protective clear coat. Pictures don’t even do it justice. Available now in store or online!

This buffet is available to purchase on our website or in our store now, but you can check out more new pieces on our For Sale page:
